Thank you for shopping with The Sapphire Star! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy for all items, except swimwear. Please note that swimwear items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.
All items must be returned in the new condition that they are received in. Please don't return with makeup or deodorant stains, perfume or cigarette smells, pet hair, or any other stains or smells, These returns will not be accepted.
Please note the following:
Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, unused, and with all tags and packaging intact, including the dust bag the item arrived in.
Shoes must not show any sign of wear, or the return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.
Re:do returns:
Customers now have the option to pay $1.00 for Re:do at the time of purchase to later qualify for free unlimited returns on that order.
If you do not purchase Re:do, you can still use our return portal to purchase a return label for $9.95. This cost will be deducted from your refund total.
Exchanges:
If you purchased Re:do then your return shipping for your exchange will be covered.
If you did not purchase Re:do then your return shipping for your exchange will not be covered. You will still have an option to purchase a return label for $9.95 for your exchange return.
The item you are exchanging for will incur a shipping charge that can be paid within the return portal. This will apply for all exchanges and the shipping charge will be dependent on the item you will be receiving.
If the item you choose to exchange with has a lower cost than the original item, we will refund the difference.
If the item you choose to exchange with has a higher cost than the original item, you will be charged for the additional cost.
